We back our products 100%.  Please note:  Twig wreaths are hand-crafted and small variations in size and appearance are common as each item is unique.  If the item is not what you expected, please notify us within 2 business days to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Returns of acceptable products and/or orders canceled after shipment will be subject to return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. 

We will pay return charges ONLY in the unlikely event of incorrect shipments on our part.

Claims:  Orders are shipped via ground.  Please inspect shipment upon arrival and do not accept delivery if there is evidence of damage.  Claims should be made to the delivering carrier within (2) days of receipt and items must remain in original shipping carton.
