SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped via ground in the Continental United States only. Shipping/Handling charges are included on all orders. Taxes are included for Maine customers. Generally, orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of ordering and your tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy
Every product is hand-crafted. Small variations in size and appearance are common as each item is unique. If the item is not what you expected, please notify us within (2) days of receipt. We back our products 100%.

Please inspect shipment upon arrival and do not accept the delivery if there is evidence of damage. Claims should be made to the delivering carrier within (2) days of receipt and items must remain in original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are receiving a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns of acceptable product and/or orders canceled after shipment will be subject to all shipping charges to and from. We will pay return shipping charges only in the unlikely event of an incorrect shipment on our part.
